Unit Preparation :
Sanden team ensures all the unit are thoroughly inspected, tested, and set for optimal performance and securely packaged before all the deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.

Installation and Commissioning:
Proper installation and commissioning of a cooler is vital to ensure optimal functionality and performance. Before installation and commissioning the cooler at customer premises Sanden team ensures that all the necessary requirement are followed. Sanden team checks the Electrical connections at site, complete component assembly, carry out all safety checks and commissioning the cooler.

Troubleshooting of Sanden Coolers :
Sanden team ensures in undertaking root cause analysis to understand the faults arising from a cooler and recommended remedy to ensure normal resumption in unit operations. Ensuring that faults are noted, corrective measures made and technical observations and recommendations done. The process involves Identifying a problem, check operation of cooler, address specific issue / spare part, run performance checks after replacing spare part and giving a holistic report to customer

Preventive Maintenance :
Sanden team ensures that the unit is serviced as per SANDEN factory recommendations to ensure effective cooling and minimize on the breakdown cost. This is achieved by servicing the cooler mechanical parts, evaporative unit, condensing unit, motors, electrical wirings, controls and general servicing of the unit with a detailed report shared on works done and recommendations made.
